Wednesday 1st March, marks the beginning of Lent. On this day we begin our Lenten journey to Easter. It is one of two fast days in the church year. On Ash Wednesday the priest blesses the ashes. These ashes are made from the palms which were blessed on Palm Sunday last year. Life is busy with work, family and school, so Caragh Pastoral Council invites you to take a little time out and spend it with Jesus. First Friday Adoration will be held Friday, March 3rd from 7pm - 8pm How you spend your time with Jesus is entirely up to you. You can silently meditate, pray our rosary, read or simply talk to Jesus. Do feel free to come and join us for 5 or 50 minutes or as you wish
